Return Window and Conditions
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether faulty or for change of mind.
- Returns for change of mind are accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Products with a “best before”, “expiry date”, or “use by date” that are dispatched by us at least 14 days prior to that date will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
Consumer Guarantees Act (OZ)
- If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Australian Consumer Law
- We strive to comply with all provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. Any unintentional deviations are purely accidental, and we commit to rectifying them immediately upon notice.

- Product – Full name / size / batch number / expiry date
- Issue/complaint description
- Photo of stock
Failure to provide this information may make it harder to process your claim. All product claims or other replacement/refund requests must be reported within a reasonable time following delivery.
Return Process
- All claims are subject to investigation by our team before a refund or replacement may be provided.
- Products returned must not be damaged after delivery and should be returned as soon as reasonably possible.
- We will inspect all products returned.
Refunds
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the price of your item, including the cost of delivery.
- Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, and at the latest 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping in case of change-of-mind returns.
